No. We will send you the directions to where we start the tour.

We offer excursions 6 days a week! Morning Excursion starts at 9:00am. Afternoon tour starts at 1:00pm. All guests should arrive 5 minutes prior to the excursion time.

Yes! It is highly recommended that you reserve in advanced; However we will accept customers on site based on first come basis. In addition we do not accept cash payments. You can book your tour online through our secure website. We do not see or store any of your credit card information: all payments are processed by Wix, a reputable e-commerce provider. You can pay with any major credit card. Please book online to reserve your UTV tour. We can verify via phone that a specific slot is available, but cannot hold it on your word alone, we require a valid booking to reserve a spot.

The cost varies based on excursion.

The earlier you book, the more likely you will get the time slot you want. During the summer months, Saturdays fill up fast. In general, most customers book two weeks ahead of time, but we can take your reservation at any time. Same day reservations must be made with us on the phone and cannot be guaranteed. We will not hold any time slot unless you have a confirmed booking, but you can contact us about our availability.

We do not allow any same day cancellations or refunds. If any booked person shows up late for their tour time, the full paid tour fee will be forfeited. Cancellations or refunds will be given in the form of a gift card for the full amount paid. This gift card can be used on any future tour made within one year (12 months) of the cancellation date or can be transferred to another guest. Due to the number of no shows we have had in the past, we strictly enforce our cancellation policy and no exceptions will be made. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so by sending an email to info@keyngoccarrental.com. Rain is not generally a reason to cancel your tour. If it is raining on one side of the island it can be sunny on the other side. By paying for your tour, you agree that refunds for any other reasons are at the sole discretion of Key N Go.

Card holder must be present. A credit Card used to purchase, and valid I.D. must match and be presented before excursion begins. Photo will be taken of the physical card with the photo ID on the day of the tour. NO SCAMMERS ALLOWED.

You should have a valid driver license, eye protection wear (glasses), & a camera. Bring a towel if you are planning on snorkeling. Money for light local snack and beverage.

For UTV riding, wear pants and closed-toe shoes (swim shoes), bring your swimwear, goggles (requirement). Face covering and Goggles available at an additional cost. If you have large earrings, remove them before coming.

Tips for good service are always appreciated. Our guides/driver spend time and effort before, during and after the tour. So, if you're happy with the service, a tip is recommended.

If you are 17 years of age or under, you may participate, but a legal parent or guardian must be on the adventure with you. The age limit to drive is 21-year-old with a valid US Driver’s License required. For a ride along a child must be 8 years old. Please let us know if you have children.

Customers can damage UTVs for various reasons: inexperience, inattentiveness, overconfidence, abusive driving, a large rock in the road, etc... Whatever the reason, you are responsible for the cost of parts and labor to repair the UTV. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THIS POLICY, DO NOT BOOK WITH US. We do not believe customers who leave our equipment as we gave it should pay for other's errors. Any UTV rollover will result in a minimum of $1,000.00 even if damages are not visible. If you hurt yourself, our guides will ensure you get medical attention. We are not responsible if you hurt yourself, as UTV riding is an inherently dangerous activity, and you must assume all dangers such as serious injury or death if you choose to ride.

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, contact us. We will do our best to make right any wrong doing on our part. If there is something that was out of our control, call us. Sometimes things go wrong, but we are committed to your satisfaction regardless of what may have happened.

Yes. All participants are required to sign a waiver.
